Symphony's Treasures does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancelations.

All items are final sale. So please make sure you order the correct items before you checkout.

Once you check out and pay, you agree to our no refund policy.

 

Invalid Address Policy

Please ensure that all Suite/Apt/Unit numbers are listed in ADDRESS LINE 2

the customer will be responsible for placing a new order. If your package is returned due to

an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping fee.

No refunds or exchanges will be granted.

 

Shipping Policy

Symphony's Treasures is not responsible for ANY lost or stolen items. If you check your tracking number and it reads delivered, but you haven't received it, contact USPS.
